    3. Compressor head: Damage to the moving bearing inside the compressor head will also cause the exhaust temperature to be too high. Listen to whether there is any abnormal noise in the compressor head and the bearing. The normal operation of the compressor with no damage to the bearing should be stable and the sound is dull. , If there is obvious impact sound, sharp sound, etc. in operation, it proves that the compressor head is seriously worn and the running bearing is damaged.

    Solution: replace the bearing of the nose, correct the bearing position, and correct the rotor of the nose. For example, if the casing of the compressor head has large wear on the rotor, it should be sprayed, because the wear is more serious, which will lead to a decrease in the exhaust volume of the compressor head.
