Which is more durable, oil-free air compressor or oil-based air compressor

Oil-free is more durable.

Different materials:

1. Oil-filled air compressor: The oil-filled air compressor itself contains oily substances, which will pollute the terminal equipment.

2. Oil-free air compressor: The material of the oil-free air compressor itself does not contain oily substances, which avoids the pollution of the terminal equipment caused by the oil-free air compressor.

Different gases:

1. Oil-filled air compressor: Oil-filled air compressor is lubricated with oil, so the final discharged gas contains oil.

2. Oil-free air compressor: The oil-free air compressor is lubricated by resin material, so the final discharged gas does not contain oil.

Air circulation system

When the compressor is working, the air is inhaled through the self-cleaning air filter, and the filter is automatically cleaned by the PLC. The air enters the first-stage compression after being automatically adjusted by the inlet guide vanes. The gas temperature after the first-stage compression is higher and enters the middle. The cooler is cooled (the water goes inside the pipe, the gas goes outside the pipe, the water flow of the intercooler is required to be 110m/h) and then enters the secondary compression system.

In order to prevent the gas in the system from pouring into the compression chamber (to avoid starting with pressure), a hanging full-open check valve is installed in the exhaust pipe of the compressor. The gas discharged from the compressor pushes the check valve and enters the exhaust muffler. Enter the first-level aftercooler, the second-level aftercooler, and then enter the exhaust main pipe.
