Air compressor maintenance detailed plan

The maintenance of the air compressor is divided into three levels:

Short-term maintenance, mid-term maintenance, and long-term maintenance, there are different maintenance plans at different time periods when the air compressor is put into operation.

Short-term maintenance: the air compressor depends on the previous operation and maintenance plan;

Maintenance cycle: after the new machine runs for 500h;

Maintenance plan: clean the unit and discharge the sewage in the air compressor.

Both the air filter and the oil filter need to be cleaned to avoid blockage, which will cause the temperature of the air compressor to rise suddenly, which will cause the air compressor to boil and stop.

The oil should be replaced in time, and it is better to replace the oil filter at the same time.

Mid-term maintenance: maintenance plan for the air compressor to run for a long time;

Maintenance cycle: after the air compressor runs for 2000 hours; maintenance plan: clean the unit, discharge sewage, and replace the oil filter, air filter, oil and gas separator, and air compressor oil.

Check the pipeline condition of each department and make a record. If there is any abnormality, adjust it immediately.

Check the fixing bolts and tighten the wire terminal screws, and check the action and moving parts of the intake valve.

Long-term maintenance: maintenance plan for the long-term use of the air compressor;

Maintenance cycle: after the air compressor runs for 3500h;

Maintenance plan: replace the fine oil separator, screw oil, air filter and oil filter, if necessary, clean the cooler and discharge the sewage from the body.

And check the following equipment: solenoid valve, pressure maintenance valve, relief solenoid valve, check whether each protection differential pressure switch and starter operate normally.

Replace worn parts and clean the unit.
