Is the energy efficiency of an air compressor still classified? Let's talk briefly today.

The first-level energy efficiency refers to the highest efficiency and the best energy conversion rate, followed by the second-level energy efficiency and the third-level energy efficiency. How is the energy efficiency level divided? The current air compressor grades are formulated in accordance with the GB19153-2019 standard. According to the regulations of GB19153-2019, the energy efficiency indicators of air compressors of different types, different powers and different pressures are different. The specific energy efficiency level needs to be judged according to the specific power value in the table corresponding to the parameters of the actual model. In addition, the algorithm for the specific power of the air compressor is: specific power = input power of the unit / exhaust volume of the unit.


Air compressor energy efficiency:

    Level 1 means that the product has reached the international advanced level with the lowest energy consumption;

    Level 2 means more power saving;

    Level 3 means that the energy efficiency of the product is the average level of the Chinese market;

The energy efficiency label is a color label with glue on the back and the words "CHINAENERGYLABEL" on the top. It is usually attached to the front panel of the product. The content of the energy efficiency label includes the manufacturer, model, energy efficiency grade, input specific power, National standard number, etc.

What is the difference between the power consumption of air compressors with energy efficiency level 1 and level 3 under the same conditions? For example, the air compressor runs 6,000 hours a year, and the industrial electricity consumption is calculated at 1 yuan/kWh; the motor power is 18.5KW, the exhaust volume is 3.33m3/min, and the exhaust pressure is 0.8MPa (air cooling). Compared with the air compressor with the third-level energy efficiency, it can save tens of thousands of dollars in electricity bills, so when you buy an air compressor, try to choose the air compressor with the first-level energy efficiency.
