Routine maintenance of silent oil-free air compressor

Correct use and maintenance can prolong the service life of the air compressor and avoid or reduce the occurrence of failures.

1. The silent oil-free air compressor itself does not contain any oily substances. Do not add any lubricating oil and oily substances.

2. Strictly work in accordance with the calibrated voltage, frequency and rated load on the silent oil-free air compressor, the effect will be better and safer.

3. Develop the habit of cutting off the power in time when not in use. When moving the air compressor or connecting other equipment, you must cut off the power.

4. Be sure to operate within the pressure range set at the factory, otherwise there will be a danger of explosion of the gas storage tank (if special pressure is required, please contact the manufacturer for customization).

5. Note that the power supply voltage matches the nameplate of the air compressor. When the power supply voltage is higher than the applicable voltage of the air compressor, it may cause a personal accident and damage the air compressor. When the power supply voltage is lower than the applicable voltage of the air compressor, it may cause poor starting and even damage the motor.

6. The filter should be cleaned in time according to the conditions of use, and the accessories and cables should be checked regularly, and the damage should be replaced immediately. The machine should be kept clean, dry, and free from oil stains, so that it can give full play to its performance. When the air compressor is not in use, the air in the air storage tank should be discharged, the sewage in the air storage tank should be drained, and it should be stored in a dry environment.
