Working principle
The Compact Oil Free Air Compressor is formed by the combination of the moving and static scrolls of the functional equation. In the process of suction, compression, and exhaust, the stationary scroll is fixed on the frame, and the movable disk is driven by the eccentric shaft and controlled by the anti-rotation mechanism. The gas is sucked into the periphery of the static disk through the air filter element. As the eccentric shaft rotates, the gas is gradually compressed in several pairs of crescent-shaped compression chambers formed by the teeth of the moving and static disks, and then continuously discharged from the axial holes in the static disk.
